In June 2010, I moved 10,000 miles away from Washington, D.C. to Singapore for a change of latitude. During my two years in Singapore, I traveled to almost every country in Southeast Asia and to China. In the pursuit of a bigger and better adventure, I volunteered to work in Kabul, Afghanistan for a few months during tumultuous, but typical times in a war zone. Spice Road is a collection of photos from my time in Asia and Afghanistan.
